To run the Ark is very expensive. The cost of medical supplies, food and basic care runs into thousands of Dollars per year.

This is the reason for implementing the sponsorship program. Information and photographs will be added to the website on the progression of animals in care, also newsletters will be sent to your email address.

Besides running the Ark, Nina is a private member of WILDCARE, an organisation that consists of other voluntary wildlife carers.
